By accessing elitewheelsusa.com or submitting a service request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all retail and wholesale customers who engage Elite Wheels for wheel repair and powder coating services.
All pricing is provided as an estimate until the wheel is physically inspected. For retail customers, an exact quote is provided prior to any work beginning. We reserve the right to decline service on any wheel we determine to be unsafe or beyond repair.
Service requests are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Elite Wheels. Retail customers must drop off by 4:00pm on the scheduled date. Most services are completed within 24 hours; full reconditioning may require up to 48 hours.
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner. If unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days for assessment. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage after wheels leave our possession.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts in Rensselaer County, NY. Contact us at info@elitewheelsusa.com or (833) 211-2100 before initiating any legal action.
